Instructions for completing the SPI™ questionnaire

The first part of the Questionnaire you are about to complete consists of 20 questions, with two statements per question.

As you are presented with each set of two statements, simply click the ONE statement that you feel most closely describes you.

You will then move on to the second part of the Questionnaire which consists of 14 further questions. Please read each question carefully and then simply type in your answer.
